· The Romanov Collection takes pride in offering products of the highest quality, artistry, and workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, simply return it within 30 days for a replacement or full refund (minus shipping and handling). Sale merchandise must be returned within 7 days. Jewelry and personalized merchandise returns are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis. If you ever accidentally break a work of art purchased from us, we will replace it for one half its current retail price, provided the edition is still open and a replacement is available.
· The Romanov Collection will pay return shipping costs for an item that arrives broken or damaged, or is defective in any way, or is not the item that was ordered. · You are responsible for return shipping costs if the item is no longer needed or desired or if the wrong product was ordered.

· As an owner of The Romanov Collection products, you'll want to take advantage of our Lifetime Breakage Replacement Program. With this program, you'll never have to worry about breakage, because:
· We'll replace any broken piece that is in stock at The Romanov Collection, at 50% off the current suggested retail price, plus tax and shipping and handling.
· This offer is good from the date you register your The Romanov Collection items for as long as you own the product.
Replace a Broken or Chipped Item
· Once you've registered your products, should a The Romanov Collection breakage occur, simply contact us:
