Why do I have to pay tax?

  • Because Ajka Crystal sales representatives work in all 50 states as well as U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands), Ajka Crystal is legally obligated to collect sales tax. In many states, we are required to tax not only the price of the item but also the shipping, handling, and insurance charges, which are considered part of the total selling price. If you require additional information regarding your state sales tax laws, contact your state revenue department.

How do I track my order?

  • After you make a purchase on our website, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can then track your order with UPS at www.ups.com.

How do I search for a product?

  • If you're looking for a particular product or type of product, enter a word, phrase, or item number into the search box at the upper-right corner of the screen and click "Search" - the site will return all matching products. You can also browse our product assortment using the category links at the top of the page.

Are all orders paid in full?

  • Yes. The total amount of all item(s) ordered will be charged in full to your credit card. Online orders cannot be paid for on an installment basis.

Can I return a product?

  • If you are ever less than completely satisfied with a product purchased from ajkacrystal.com, you may return it for a replacement (if the item is still available) or a full refund. Sale merchandise can only be returned if it is defective and must be returned within 10 days.
  • Ajka Crystal will pay return shipping costs for a product that arrives broken or damaged, or is defective in any way, is a duplicate of a product already ordered and received, or is not the product that was ordered. Simply call Customer Service (888) 512-2552, 9am - 5pm PST Monday - Friday and request a postage-paid return label. You may also email us at cs@ajkacrystal.com
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs if the product is no longer needed or desired or if the wrong product was ordered by you.

What if I break an item?

  • As an owner of Ajka Crystal products, you'll want to take advantage of our Lifetime Breakage Replacement Program. With this program, you'll never have to worry about breakage, because:
  • We'll replace any broken piece that is in stock at Ajka Crystal, at 40% off the current suggested retail price, plus tax and shipping and handling.
  • This offer is good from the date you register your Ajka Crystal items for as long as you own the product.
